Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
Address queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach at all times
Update and manage customer information in the system
Achieve targets related to call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi )
Comfortable working in rotational day shifts
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
