As a CRM Executive, Candidate will be responsible for managing customer/ Client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with the BD Team.

- Manage customer / Client inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer /Client issues promptly, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and preferences
- Analyze customer /Client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement customer / Client retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery, and product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales in the furniture industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
