About the Role: We are looking for a Creative Lead with expertise in luxury brand marketing , campaign creation , and visual content production to join our team. This is a leadership position that requires a strong creative vision, coupled with hands-on experience in graphic design, 3D modeling, and video editing. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to life while ensuring consistency with brand identity and campaign goals. Youll lead the creative direction for premium campaigns across print, digital, and video , and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns resonate with a discerning, high-end audience. Key Responsibilities: Creative Strategy Development: Lead and conceptualize the visual direction for premium brand campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Create campaign concepts that enhance the luxury image of the brand and engage the target audience effectively. Campaign Creation & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end creative process for multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, video, social media, and experiential) from concept to delivery. Ensure that all creative outputs are on-brand, on-time, and meet campaign objectives. Graphics, 3D & Video Production: Drive and manage the creative teams efforts on graphics design, 3D modeling, and video editing, ensuring high-quality visual execution for all assets. Work hands-on with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.) to produce high-end visuals. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, or internal teams to create premium 3D models and immersive video content. Brand Vision and Consistency: Ensure the consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all creative assets. Constantly assess and elevate the brands visual language to maintain its premium and aspirational positioning. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, video editors, and 3D artists, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Provide constructive feedback and ensure a high standard of creative work from the team. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate business goals into compelling creative campaigns. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that creative work meets the needs of the target audience and aligns with the business objectives. Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in creative direction, design, and technology to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and fresh. Propose and implement new ideas, tools, and techniques that enhance the creative output. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years of experience in a creative role for premium/luxury brands , including a strong portfolio of campaigns. Proven track record in creative campaign execution for high-end, aspirational brands (fashion, automotive, furniture, hospitality, etc.). Creative Expertise: Strong experience in graphic design, 3D modeling, and video editing for premium content. Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Blender, Cinema 4D , and Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro . Experience with motion graphics and CGI production is a significant plus. Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and ability to translate this into visually stunning, emotionally resonant campaigns. Expertise in creating and executing cross-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing creative teams and working collaboratively with other departments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all creative assets while working under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field .
