Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Store Manager to lead our luxury furniture showroom in Bangalore. This candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients. Locations : Bangalore - Sarjapur , Omr ,Marathahalli ,Banaswadi , Kanakapura . Delhi - Sulthanpur Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive sales growth, set sales targets, and motivate the sales team to achieve them. 2. Ensure exceptional customer experiences, build relationships, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and maintain store displays. 4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and support team. 5. Create visually appealing store displays and ensure brand consistency. 6. Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize product availability. 7. Uphold the brand's luxury image and standards. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury furniture or similar industry. 2. Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills. 3.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Luxury retail experience: Familiarity with luxury brands and high-end customer expectations. 2. Furniture industry knowledge: Understanding of furniture trends, products, and market dynamics.
