Hiring Marketing Executive For Digital Marketing SEO | SEM | SMM

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and SMM (Paid Social). This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, web traffic, and brand engagement for our luxury furniture business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing performance marketing campaigns for premium or lifestyle brands, with a strong focus on ROI and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility for high-value products.

- Optimize website pages, product listings, and blog content with keywords, schema, and internal links.

- Manage tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance.

- Ensure alignment with technical SEO best practices in collaboration with the web/content teams.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

- Utilize audience segmentation, retargeting, and geo-targeting for performance at the city/store level.

- Monitor budgets, optimize CPL, and derive insights from data.

- Create dashboards and work closely with the sales team to track campaign ROI.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

- Run paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

- Drive traffic and conversions for collections, campaigns, and offers with targeted messaging.

- Partner with creative teams to craft compelling ad creatives and copy.

- Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data and refining audience strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in SEO, SEM, and SMM.

- Experience in premium/luxury segments (furniture, home dcor, lifestyle) is highly preferred.

- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

- Strong analytical mindset and a performance-driven approach.

- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
