Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with product selection, ensuring a pleasant in-store experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Cross-sell and upsell jewellery products based on customer needs and preferences.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation

Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery designs, purity, trends, and pricing.
Explain product features, certifications, and after-sales services clearly to customers.
Ensure all displays are attractive and in line with Tanishqs visual merchandising standards.

3. Store Operations

Support day-to-day operations, including billing, stock management, and cleanliness.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately as per company policy.
Maintain security and safety protocols in the store.

4. Customer Handling & Feedback

Resolve customer concerns and ensure complete satisfaction.
Collect and share customer feedback to help improve service quality.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain sales records and share daily/weekly reports with the store manager.
Coordinate with team members and management for smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product and sales skills.
