The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Gold, Diamond, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery sales and operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily store operations and team performance Ensure excellent customer service and luxury buying experience Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards Train staff on product knowledge (Gold, Diamond, Kundan, Jadau) and selling skills Handle inventory, billing, and high-value client transactions Build strong client relationships and handle VIP clientele Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury jewellery (especially Gold, Diamond, Kundan, Jadau) Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills Strong customer service and team management capabilities Well-groomed with a pleasant personality Salary: Best in industry + Incentives Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism in a luxury retail environment Provide detailed knowledge about Kundan, Jadau, Polki, and Diamond jewellery, explaining craftsmanship, materials, and design Understand client requirements and suggest suitable jewellery pieces accordingly Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Handle billing, packaging, and post-sales customer service Keep the display counters well-organized and ensure cleanliness and proper tagging Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Stay updated with current trends in bridal and luxury jewellery Requirements Proven work experience as a Jewellery Consultant/Sales Executive in high-end jewellery stores Deep knowledge of traditional Indian jewellery styles like Kundan, Jadau, Polki, and Diamonds Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Pleasant personality with strong customer service and interpersonal skills Should be target-oriented and sales-driven Flexibility to work weekends and festive seasons Preferred Qualifications Experience with luxury brands or bridal jewellery Certification or training in jewellery design or gemology is an advantage
