Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote our jewellery brand by generating showroom walk-ins, converting customers from other brands, and ensuring excellent customer engagement during showroom activities. The role requires a proactive approach to attract potential customers, build brand visibility, and deliver a delightful in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: Generate showroom footfall by engaging with potential customers outside and around the store. Promote the brand and encourage customers of other jewellery brands to visit and explore our collection. Actively participate in showroom marketing activities, promotional events, and brand campaigns. Greet, welcome, and attend to customers visiting the showroom during marketing events. Effectively communicate brand offerings, product details, and promotions to customers. Support the sales team by creating customer interest and passing warm leads. Maintain a strong understanding of brand positioning, products, and competitive market trends. Ensure professional grooming, positive body language, and customer-friendly attitude at all times. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or customer engagement (jewellery/retail experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally. Presentable appearance with good grooming standards. Flexibility to work during weekends, festivals, and showroom events.
