Role Description

This is a contract role for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Trainer based on-site in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will design and deliver engaging sales training programs to equip participants with the knowledge, techniques, and customer service skills essential for excelling in commercial vehicle sales. They will create training materials, facilitate group sessions, and provide one-on-one coaching as needed. Additionally, the trainer will assess participants’ learning progress, provide actionable feedback, and ensure alignment with industry requirements and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in delivering Sales Trainings and expertise in Training & Development
Strong Presentation Skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in commercial vehicle sales, is an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
