As we expand, we are seeking a strategic Business Partner to join us in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Partner to collaborate in scaling our interior design company. The ideal candidate should have entrepreneurial spirit, strong industry knowledge, and business development acumen. You will be co-responsible for planning, operations, growth strategy, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and lead generation. Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and turnkey projects. Oversee day-to-day operations, team management, and project delivery. Collaborate on marketing, branding, and digital outreach strategies. Build and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients. Contribute capital (optional) or sweat equity in return for revenue sharing or stake. Ensure profitability and expansion into new markets or cities. Ideal Partner Profile: Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, or related field. Strong business acumen and leadership skills. Existing network of high-net-worth individuals, builders, or property developers (preferred). Ability to invest time, expertise, and optionally capital into the business. Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to operations and execution.
