Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development for (
ServiceNow , Salesforce, Mulesoft ,Jave, .Net,..ect) IT hiring
across the
Indian domestic market
including product companies, system integrators, MNCs, and IT consulting firms.
Offer
end-to-end staffing solutions
:

Contract Staffing
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Full-time/Permanent Hiring

Identify, Understand and respond to India-based client needs across the ServiceNow ecosystem Developers, Admins, Architects, Consultants, etc.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure
repeat business
and
account growth
.
Collaborate closely with internal
recruitment/delivery teams
to ensure
quality submissions and quick turnaround
.
Negotiate commercials, terms, and SLAs in line with Indian staffing standards.
Stay updated on
market trends
, client hiring patterns, and competitive intelligence in the ServiceNow space.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets.
