SUMMARY BMC Helix ITSM Location Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience Range 2+ Years Notice Period Immediate We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for defining requirements, designing and constructing data center technology components, and conducting testing using BMC Helix ITSM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design and construct data center technology components, and conduct testing efforts. Troubleshoot technical issues related to BMC Helix ITSM and ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure design and implementation. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM. Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation best practices. Experience with troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure components. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for infrastructure design and implementation. Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful infrastructure solutions.
