Role Description

This is a full-time role for Hiring BFSI Trainers at CertED Technologies. The Hiring BFSI Trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for the BFSI sector, developing and updating training materials, assessing trainees' performance, and providing feedback to improve their skills. The role also involves collaborating with corporate clients to understand their training needs and developing customized training solutions to meet those needs. This position is located on-site in Nagpur.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training sessions in the BFSI sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and update training materials
• Knowledge of BFSI industry standards and practices
• Strong assessment and feedback skills
• Capability to understand client training requirements and develop customized solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields
• Experience in corporate training or education is a plus
