Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage dealer channel sales, distributor handling, retail channel sales, and territory development to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for lubricant product placement in various channels (OEMs, Retail, Industrial) across India.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies for channel distribution management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive lubricants industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field with a focus on lubricants or automotive products.
  • Strong understanding of secondary sales principles and practices in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
