Hiring AM/ Manager Maintenance For A Leading Brand Location : Chandigarh Experience : 5+ years Note: Candidates having experience with QSR/ Hotels or Hospitality industry are preferred. Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the day-to-day maintenance of equipment across West Stores including Electrical Machines & Kitchen equipment, Refrigeration systems, HVAC, PA, FAS, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security, and Safety Systems, and Firefighting systems. Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe order and compliance with current safety rules and regulations. Setting up new stores' kitchens and commissioning equipment as per design. Developing new vendors for AMCs of refrigeration and HVAC and finalizing the same for stores. Carrying out renovation work within the timeline as per new standards in existing stores. Rolling out training programs for maintenance and store staff and preparing training manuals for the maintenance team across stores. Planning, directing, and controlling the efforts of the maintenance team across all stores. Communicating with government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.
