Job Description

Greet and assist passengers at the counter with professionalism and empathy.
Handle ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and modifications using the airlines reservation system (Amadeus) GUI graphic user interface.
Handle ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and modifications using the airlines reservation system and Web portal.
Maintain telephone ethics as per company policy.
Provide accurate flight information, fare details, and travel policies to customers.
Handle MEDA cases such as WCHR/STCR escalate to airlines medical department for approval and ensure to follow all procedures, educate the Agency/Guests all Meda travel related
formalities.
Assist special handling such as UMNR, PET bookings as per company policy.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Coordinate with Airport staff for INAD (Deportee) tickets during the office hours.
Additionally, off duty hours, weekend & to ensure smooth transfer of the INAD pax on first available flight (AI & IX).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and safety protocols..
Ensure compliance with security and documentation requirements (e.g., passport, visa checks).
Knowledge of Amadeus.
Proactive approach along with ownership attitude.
Independent, hardworking, meticulous, and a team player.
Well-organized with multi-tasking skill with minimal supervision.
Excellent command of Written and spoken English.
Able to perform under stress and meet tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of world geography.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
Arabic language is added advantage.
