Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hindi Translator based in Karaikudi. The Hindi Translator will be responsible for accurately translating documents and content from English to Hindi and vice versa, ensuring consistency in tone and context. They will collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements, proofread translated materials, and ensure the delivery of high-quality translations within deadlines. The role may also include localizing content for target audiences while maintaining cultural and linguistic nuances.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi and English with excellent speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Experience with translation, proofreading, and content localization.
• Strong research and analytical skills for ensuring accurate translation and cultural relevance.
• Ability to maintain consistency in tone and style while translating various forms of content.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in translation tools/software and advanced computer literacy is highly desirable.
• Previous experience or knowledge in the IT/software industry is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Literature, Languages, Translation, or a related field.
