Full Time Role

Role Description:

• Manage transportation projects to ensure successful project execution (quality, schedule, and budget).
• Act as primary contact on assigned projects and maintain client satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between clients, design teams, subconsultants, agencies, contractors, and the public.
• Lead project team meetings.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Monitor progress toward deliverable schedules and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in development of scopes of services for transportation projects.
• Prepare and/or review project contract scope changes.
• Prepare and/or review plans, technical specifications, estimates, and other contract documents.
• Provide technical assistance in resolving design problems.
• Review and supervise the work produced by staff for quality assurance.
• Assist with preparation of project billing/invoices.
• Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships.
• Participate in the preparation of project proposals, presentations and public meetings.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; civil or transportation engineering degree preferred.
• 8 years of highway design experience.
• Florida PE License or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years of experience as a Highway Design Project Manager or Assistant/Deputy PM highly preferred
• Florida Department of Transportation highway design or project management experience highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic proficiency in MicroStation, ORD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other engineering design software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹724,886.47 - ₹2,203,805.12 per year
