Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a High-Ticket LAP / LRD Specialist. The specialist will manage high-ticket Loan Against Property (LAP) and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) transactions. Responsibilities include client engagement, underwriting, compliance checks, transactional management, and ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure. This individual will work closely with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to facilitate loan approvals, disbursements, and repayment schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD)
• Strong client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in compliance checks, underwriting, and transactional management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
