Job Summary:

The Helpdesk Site Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users both on-site and remotely. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network configurations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Configure and install IT hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
Manage and support network infrastructure
Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Ready to travel and support branch office within the city.
Knowledge in Zscaler, MDM, & Windows Patching

Qualifications

Bachelors degree, experience in Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience as a Helpdesk Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
Knowledge of Windows and operating systems.
Familiarity with network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
