Helpdesk Executive – Facility Team

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Helpdesk Executive to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all facility-related queries, ensuring prompt and efficient support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for facility-related issues and service requests
• Log and track complaints, maintenance issues, and service calls through helpdesk software
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendor teams for timely resolution
• Maintain and update daily reports, logs, and records of facility activities
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closures within SLA timelines
• Support in organizing periodic facility inspections and audits
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Facility Manager
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with facility policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar helpdesk or facility coordination role
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office and helpdesk/CRM software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude
• Any diploma or degree in Facility Management, Administration, or related field is a plus
