Job Description

  • Customer Assistance:Providing first-level contact, diagnosing and resolving technical issues through various channels like phone, email, or chat.
  • Issue Tracking and Documentation:Recording and tracking reported problems, documenting resolutions, and updating support tickets.
  • Software and Hardware Support:Assisting with software installations, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting hardware problems.
  • Escalation and Reporting:Identifying and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate support teams and generating reports on recurring issues.
  • Communication:Communicating effectively with users, providing clear instructions, and ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,445.74 - ₹30,524.01 per month

Shift:

  • Day shift

Work Days:

  • Monday to Friday
