As a helpdesk coordinator at our Mumbai office, you will be responsible for stepping into the role previously held by Karishma Divecha, who is currently serving her notice period with a last working day of 22nd August 2025. Your main duties will include providing support to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of helpdesk tickets. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining documentation, updating knowledge base articles, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
