Job Description

Role & responsibilities Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to engage, screen, and qualify potential nurse candidates. Identify suitable candidates for healthcare positions in Germany and assess their professional and language readiness. Promote and explain the benefits of our in-house German Language Training Program to non-German-speaking candidates and encourage enrollment. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the full recruitment cycle. Use recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate workflows, documentation, and pipelines. Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless onboarding and ensure long-term candidate success. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the UK or European market. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Experience with high-volume calling or telesales is a strong advantage. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for supporting healthcare professionals and making a meaningful impact in their careers. Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
