Responsibilities

• Booking appropriate candidates into shifts by considering correct healthcare specialty, candidate location and client type
• Navigating systems with speed and accuracy
• Follow an end-to-end process
• Follow a repetitive shift booking process with speed and accuracy
• Inputting booking information onto all relevant systems
• Develop and foster professional relationships with peers and colleagues
• Ensure all targets are met or exceeded
• Adherence to Company internal and external policies and procedures
• Other duties as advised by the Sales Consultant and Team Leader

Experience/skills:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with UK Healthcare Bookings/Recruitment for Nurses, HCA/AHP and more
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with remote colleagues
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Needs to be organized, a quick learner and competitive
