Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare customers

  • Provide information and support regarding insurance and claims-related queries

  • Maintain call quality standards and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Document call details accurately and follow company compliance guidelines

  • Achieve daily and weekly performance goals

Selection process:

Requirements:

  • Hsc or graduate in any stream

  • Minimum six months of experience in a voice-based customer service profile

  • Excellent english communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts

  • Candidates preferred from areas between cst to thane, churchgate to mira road, and cst to vashi
