Job Description

Designation: Quality Analyst – US Healthcare (RCM) Company: Sutherland Location: Manikonda Transport: 2-way cab facility available(Within a 25km radius of Sutherland) Important Note:  The candidate will be working in a Quality Analyst role from Day 1.  However, the official QA designation will be updated on paper after 6 months, based on performance and company policy. Key Responsibilities:  Monitor and evaluate calls, claims, and transactions to ensure compliance with quality standards in RCM.  Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve process efficiency and accuracy.  Identify areas of improvement and recommend process enhancements.  Work closely with the operations team to ensure adherence to client and regulatory requirements.  Prepare and present quality reports and findings.  Assist in training and mentoring teams to enhance overall quality performance. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM.  Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and claims processing.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication skills (both written and verbal).  Experience in quality auditing, reporting, and feedback mechanisms.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
