Health Insurance Specialist

The role involves converting leads into sales and establishing productive relationships with key personnel of customers. You will be responsible for all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities. Driving business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to track, analyze, and report business results at desired intervals to your reporting authority. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift. There is also a performance bonus and quarterly bonus available. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and must be proficient in English.
