Key Responsibilities: Policy Issuance: Process new motor insurance policy issuance in the system (OD + TP or bundled). Verify and validate proposal forms, documents, and premium payments before issuance. Ensure policy issuance within the defined turnaround time (TAT). Data Entry & Documentation: Accurate entry of customer, vehicle, and premium data in the system. Maintain physical and digital records of all issued policies and proposals. Customer Coordination: Coordinate with agents/customers for missing documents or payment clarifications. Provide support for policy-related queries and endorsements. Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal underwriting guidelines. Monitor issued policies for errors and initiate rectification through endorsements if needed.
