Explain product features, benefits, premium details, and policy terms in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Achieve monthly sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling health insurance plans. Maintain customer records, proposals, and application forms accurately. Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and corrections in customer details. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and IRDAI guidelines. Generate daily/weekly MIS reports related to sales and claims. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Assist customers with claim intimation, documentation, and submission processes. Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs to ensure timely processing of claims. Track claim status and proactively update customers. Resolve claim-related queries and escalate issues wherever necessary. Educate customers about claims guidelines, required documents, and timelines.
