The responsibilities for this role include recruiting, screening, and training new and existing POSp agents. You will be responsible for analyzing performance, establishing action plans, and setting and monitoring sales objectives. Building strong relationships with both staff and clients is crucial, along with providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans. Your contribution to meeting sales targets and staying updated with industry developments will be essential. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and encourage staff to do the same. Researching current industry and market trends to enhance business improvement is also a key part of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have sales acumen, a solid understanding of policies and products, and the ability to mentor team members. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, along with previous sales experience in an Insurance-based company. Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory for this role.,
