Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Health Insurance Agent, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with selecting suitable health insurance plans, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating customer insurance needs, offering tailored policy recommendations, and supporting clients throughout the insurance process, including claims assistance. The role requires building trustworthy relationships and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the health insurance sector and plans.
