Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Health Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in understanding and purchasing health insurance policies, providing personalized recommendations, and guiding clients through claims processes and insurance coverage options. The role also involves staying updated on health insurance products and regulations while fostering strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, and general Insurance practices
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge of Medicare policies and processes
• Ability to demonstrate customer-centric and empathetic communication
• Basic understanding of digital tools and systems for efficient work execution
• Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field
