Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Health Insurance at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. The role is primarily based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, handling health insurance claims, processing insurance paperwork, and assisting with sales initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with healthcare providers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Health Insurance and general Insurance
• Sales skills and ability to drive business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
