Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Health Insurance Agent located in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling health insurance policies, providing customer support, processing insurance claims, and advising clients on insurance options. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, managing policy renewals, and maintaining up-to-date records of insurance transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, and general Insurance knowledge
• Proficiency in Communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in customer service roles is preferred
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in insurance
