Role & responsibilities: 1.Engage directly with users on a telephonic call as a vital member of Navi's Health Insurance Advisory team. Understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to guide & onboard customers by supporting them in their purchase journey. 2. Collaborate closely with Product and Business Teams to identify and address product gaps, enhancing the overall customer experience. 3.Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction . Preferred candidate profile: 1. Engage directly with users on a telephonic call as a vital member of Navi's Health Insurance Advisory team. Understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to guide & onboard customers by supporting them in their purchase journey. 2. Collaborate closely with Product and Business Teams to identify and address product gaps, enhancing the overall customer experience. 3. Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction 4. Attention to Detail : Precision is key in the insurance industry. We appreciate individuals who are thorough and detailed in their approach to solving problems. 5. English Language Proficiency: Being proficient in English enables you to communicate effectively with a diverse audience. 6.
