Role & responsibilities: 1.Engage directly with users on a telephonic call as a vital member of Navi's Health Insurance Advisory team. Understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to guide & onboard customers by supporting them in their purchase journey. 2. Collaborate closely with Product and Business Teams to identify and address product gaps, enhancing the overall customer experience. 3.Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction .
