Health Insurance Advisor

As a Health Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for recruiting health insurance agents from the open market and training them to sell health insurance policies. Your role will involve achieving monthly sales and agent activation targets, conducting field visits to support agent performance, and maintaining regular reporting and coordination with your manager. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Insurance Sales, with a preference for those who have experience in the Agency Channel. Candidates with experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) will also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with field sales experience and the ability to build and lead a network of agents. You should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel up to 75%. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for graduates from any discipline. The salary offered ranges from 3.00 LPA to 4.25 LPA, along with incentives. In addition to the base salary, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and you may be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses based on your achievements.
