Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter located in Bhubaneswar. The Head Waiter will oversee daily service operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing food and beverage delivery, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized environment, managing bookings, and resolving any service-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Basic Cooking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
