🍽️ Job Title: Restaurant Manage r Job Summary : The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. The manager ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams while maintaining hygiene, compliance, and guest satisfaction . ⸻ Key Responsibilities and Dutie s 🧑‍💼 1. Operations Managem ent • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedur es. • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and housekeeping departmen ts. • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control according to restaurant standar ds. • Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, and suppli es. • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s). • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professional l y . ⸻ 👥 2. Staff Managem ent • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff (waiters, captains, hostesses, cashiers, etc .). • Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate covera ge. • Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluatio ns. • Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfacti o n . ⸻ 💰 3.
