📌 Guest Services
• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with special requests (transport, wake-up calls, amenities, etc.)
• Address and resolve guest complaints politely and promptly to ensure satisfaction
📌 Reservations & Room Management
• Handle room bookings by phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems
• Coordinate room assignments with housekeeping and other departments
📌 Communication & Coordination
• Act as a communication link between departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)
• Relay guest messages, requests, and incidents to the appropriate team members
📌 Cashiering & Billing
• Manage guest payments (cash, card, digital)
• Issue invoices, maintain accurate financial records, handle deposits and refunds
• Balance cashier at the end of the shift
📌 Professional Administration
• Maintain guest information privacy and confidentiality
• Update guest profiles and handle documentation (ID, registration forms)
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and safety/security procedures
