The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, providing excellent customer service, managing the food and beverage service, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all patrons. The Head Waiter will coordinate activities among the waitstaff, assist with training new staff members, manage reservations, and handle customer inquiries and complaints. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management Basic Cooking skills are a plus Strong organizational and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
