Head - Supply Chain Market Operations, HCB India

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Supply Chain Market Operations function with a focus on driving supply chain excellence. In this senior leadership role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and oversee end-to-end market operations including demand planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory management. Your responsibilities will involve managing a large team, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying optimization opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management within the FMCG or Personal Care sectors in India. You should be well-versed in Distribution-led large-scale FMCG Ground Ops experience in India, with the ability to manage complex 3PL Vendor ecosystems and exposure to Demand Planning packages like SAP APO DP. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and a strategic mindset with a focus on execution and results orientation. Your duties will include designing and aligning the Supply Chain organization, leading the S&OP process, implementing action plans, monitoring performance metrics, inspiring and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational strategies align with global standards and business goals. You should also have a background in Engineering and an MBA, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations, along with proficiency in ERP systems, EDI, and supply chain analytics tools.
