Hiring for a esteemed real estate company in Ahmedabad

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Identify new business opportunities and markets segments to drive expansion.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure timely achievement of project-wise targets along with client & channel Management

Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers and channel partners.
Ensure superior customer experience

• Represent the company in key negotiations and high-value deals.

Plan and execute promotional, advertising and digital marketing campaigns to support project launches.
Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities for maximum visibility and lead generation.
Maintain consistent brand communication and monitor ROI on campaigns along with Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and control the sales and marketing budgets in line with business objectives.
Track key metrics, analyze market trends and provide regular reports and insights to the Managing Director.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Marketing preferred-Male and Female both are welcome

• 15+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing with preferably 5 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in selling high-value, premium, and luxury real estate projects.

• Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage large teams effectively.
