• Set annual targets, prepare budgets, and monitor sales KPIs.

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers, marketing staff, and customer service teams.
• Drive accountability and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Business Development
• Strengthen relationships with key clients, OEMs, and distribution partners.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
• Provide inputs for product development and positioning based on market needs.
• Process and Reporting
• Implement robust CRM and sales reporting systems for real-time visibility and decision-making.
• Present periodic sales performance reports to the Managing Director.
