Job Description

Designation: Head Sales & Marketing

Experience: - 8+yrs

Job Location: Noida

Profile Details:

· Looking for a dynamic thought leader who can set up the direction for sales/marketing teams, expand clients in US market for software development services as well as build the team as needed.

· Required to work on marketing and selling of services such as Full Stack Web Development, Mobile App development, Internet marketing and IT resource outsourcing.

· Business Development Planning & development of strategy

· Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, or offers that will lead to an increase in sales from the existing & new clients.

· Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

· Lead the sales team.

· Required to build referral and lead generation network.

· Follow complete sale life cycle like lead generation, follow up, meeting with clients, presentation of our services, negotiations, sales closures, documentation and customers retention.

· Preparing documents on business requirements like RFP, RFI, etc

· Self-Motivated & Result Oriented.

· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. (Must)

· Should be able to handle international clients (Must)

· Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities

· Close and manage enterprise level clients with excellent presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,935.06 - ₹131,615.66 per month
