Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the techno-commercial aspects of Real Estate projects from inception to completion Conduct in-depth commercial negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and conditions Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks Collaborate with internal teams to align technical requirements with commercial objectives Drive cost optimization strategies while maintaining quality standards Establish and nurture strong vendor relationships to support project delivery Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial and market insights Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall performance and capabilities Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles Qualifications Education Qualification BE - Civil Experience - 20-25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, and vendor relations - Demonstrated leadership in driving successful project outcomes - Strong understanding of technical aspects related to Real Estate projects Show more Show less
