As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve revenue goals, expand market reach, and drive overall business growth in the automotive components sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Formulating and executing robust sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives. - Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. - Directing and motivating the sales team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics, and building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. - Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. - Designing and implementing marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings. - Leveraging digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads. - Identifying and exploring new business avenues, negotiating significant contracts, and finalizing agreements with clients and partners. - Tracking and evaluating sales results, marketing success, and market dynamics to generate actionable insights. - Hiring, training, and mentoring sales and marketing personnel to cultivate a culture of high performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Engineering; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred. - At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or mechanical components field. - Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing effective teams, and executing impactful marketing strategies. - Strong knowledge of the automotive components market, including customer requirements and industry trends. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively. - Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
