Role Overview: As a Projects Head at 75F, you will be responsible for the execution of Projects installations within customer committed timelines. You will oversee the appointment, training, and upgradation of Installation partners across regions, ensuring completion and handover of commissioned sites within customer committed timelines. Your role will involve new vendor onboarding, vendor management, negotiation, and finalization for project execution, ensuring projects are completed within the estimated budget. Additionally, you will manage a team of project engineers across a few regions, handle project escalation, provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain positive relationships with ongoing Projects Customers, PMC, and Consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Projects installations within customer committed timelines - Appoint, Train, and Upgrade Installation partners across regions - Complete and handover commissioned sites within customer committed timelines - Onboard new vendors, manage vendors, negotiate and finalize for project execution - Ensure completion of projects within estimated budget - Manage a team of project engineers across regions - Handle project escalation and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Maintain positive relationships with ongoing Projects Customers, PMC, and Consultants - Certify ongoing Projects and provide installation measurements in a timely manner to maintain positive cash flow - Upgrade knowledge of Projects, Service Team on 75F Product Portfolio, and Project Standards regularly - Maintain log sheets for site engineers to avoid unnecessary OT's/ NSA's on ongoing projects - Attend site kick-offs, Site progress meetings, Site Reviews regularly as requested by Project stakeholders - Establish pre and post-sales customer support infrastructure including call logging, escalation, deployment of in-house & outsourced engineers, call closure, and monitoring of customer SLAs - Set up post-sales tech support infrastructure for troubleshooting on 75F hardware & software platforms, Root Cause Analysis reporting, reference library & training tools, remote installations, etc. - Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, audits & assist in project proposals - Build a sales service team for selling value-added services to the existing client base Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC Systems - Ability to manage and work closely with Regional RMs to oversee Projects execution - Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Extensive travel across PAN India is required Please note that the additional details about the company have been omitted.,
