Head – Production and F&D

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Head of Production and F&D at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Baddi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in formulation development of tablets, capsules, and liquid oral dosage forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete Production & Manufacturing operations at the Pharmaceutical Formulation Unit
• Thorough Knowledge of formulation development and different drug deliveries
• Must have handled the latest drug molecules
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure production efficiency, process optimization & manpower management for ideal production output
• Handle regulatory audits, validation, and documentation processes.
• Optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient and safe production workflows
• Trouble shooting and managing all aspects of production.
• Team Leadership & Manpower Management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy); M.Pharm preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical formulation & development, particularly in tablets, capsules, and liquid oral formulations.
• Candidate must be an approved chemist.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory submission processes.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
