Job Description

Location: Mumbai | Business Unit: International Banking Group

Job Description

Lead digital transformation initiatives across international banking products and processes.
Drive end-to-end process improvements to enhance efficiency, client experience, and compliance.
Design and implement processes in line with regulatory, compliance, audit, and business requirements.
Oversee automation, workflow digitization, and adoption of innovative technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas branches to align digital roadmaps with business objectives; role may involve international travel.

Work Experience & Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in process re-engineering, digital transformation, or product management within banking/financial services.
Proven track record in leading large-scale digital initiatives and change management programs.
Strong understanding of international banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
MBA (Finance/Operations/Technology) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
